Vegan HOU pancakes!

Ingredients :

100g porridge oats

200ml almond milk

80g ground almonds

2 ripe bananas

1 tablespoon chia seeds

2 tablespoons cinnamon

pinch of salt

coconut oil for cooking 

Method :

1.  place oats in processa or for 2 mins 

2. mix in the oat flour, almonds, cinnamon, salt & chia seeds in a bowl

3. add almond milk, mashed banana & maple syrup. Mix all very well!

4. add coconut oil to pan with medium heat. Make ‘em big!

5. cook for 2-3 mins & flip to cook 1-2 mins 

6. Top with HOU and anything else you fancy!
