Banoffee- Peanut Butter Mug cake

INGREDIENTS:

 

Dry Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons Wholewheat or spelt flour 
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder 
  • 1 scoop MISSFITS vanilla protein 
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

 

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon melted Coconut oil
  • 1 medium mashed banana 
  • 1 tablespoon runny peanut butter 
  • 1 tablespoon HOU banoffee 

 

METHOD:

 

  1. First mix all of the dry ingredients together at the bottom 
  2. Then add the wet ingredients and mix in 
  3. Then spoon the HOU down into the middle
