Chocolate HOU cups

 

Ingredients:

2 Bars of  Green and Blacks 70% Dark Chocolate

6 Tsp of Banoffee HOU

 

Method:

  1. Line a 6-cup muffin tin with paper cupcake liners.
  2. Melt 1 bar of Green and Blacks Dark chocolate in a double boiler
  3. Distribute the melted chocolate into 6 muffin tins (I used 3 Tbsp of chocolate in each tin). Place the pan in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  4. Once the chocolate is set, add a teaspoon of Banoffee HOU in each muffin tin. Transfer back in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  5. Melt the other bar of Green and Blacks Dark chocolate in a double boiler, and distribute the melted chocolate into the 6 muffin tins above the Banoffee HOU. Transfer back in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  6. Peel the wrapper and ENJOY!
