- 3/4 cup rolled oats

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon orange essence
- 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
- HOU- Banoffee
- Peeled Orange
- Pumpkin seeds
- Dried raspberries
- In a pan, heat the oats, cinnamon, and nut milk. cook for a few minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Take of the heat and mix in the protein powder, cacao powder, vanilla extract, organge essence, and maple syrup.
- Top with HOU, peeled orange, pumpkin seeds, and dried raspberries.
