HOU sweet potato toast

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 tablespoon each of HOU- Choc-o-chick, Banoffee, & Mixed Berry
  • Optional toppings: pumpkin seeds, goji berries, almond flakes, chocolate shavings

 

METHOD:

  1. Slice sweet potato vertically into long slices slightly thinner than 1/4-inch thick.
  2. Place slices in the toaster. Toast each batch of slices on high 3-4 times, until cooked through.
  3. Top with HOU and toppings.
  4. Serve and Enjoy
