Mixed Berry & Apple Quinoa Porridge


  • 150g Quinoa (Rinsed)
  • 300g Coconut Milk
  • 100g water
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup (Adjust according to taste)
  • ¼ Cup Almonds (Chopped)
  • ¼ Cup Pistachios (Chopped)
  • 1 Apple (Chopped)
  • 3 Tablespoons Mixed Berry HOU


  1. Rinse the quinoa and add this to your pot with coconut milk, water, apple and cinnamon. Bring this to a boil.

  2. Once the quinoa starts to boil, reduce the simmer and cover the pot with a lid for 15 minutes.

  3. Once the most of the liquid has been absorbed, remove from heat and set aside for 5 minutes.

  4. Stir in the maple syrup and top with Mixed Berry HOU, almonds, and pistachios.
