- 150g Quinoa (Rinsed)
- 300g Coconut Milk
- 100g water
- 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup (Adjust according to taste)
- ¼ Cup Almonds (Chopped)
- ¼ Cup Pistachios (Chopped)
- 1 Apple (Chopped)
- 3 Tablespoons Mixed Berry HOU
Rinse the quinoa and add this to your pot with coconut milk, water, apple and cinnamon. Bring this to a boil.
Once the quinoa starts to boil, reduce the simmer and cover the pot with a lid for 15 minutes.
Once the most of the liquid has been absorbed, remove from heat and set aside for 5 minutes.
Stir in the maple syrup and top with Mixed Berry HOU, almonds, and pistachios.
