- 50g MISSFITS vanilla protein powder
- 90g Almond flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon mixed spice (5 spice)
- ¼ teaspoon table salt
- 150g coconut sugar
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 eggs
- 50g coconut oil (melted)
- ½ Cup cashew milk
- 1 pot Banoffee HOU
- pumpkin seeds (optional)
- almond flakes (optional)
- dried raspberries (optional)
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Grease a loaf tin with coconut oil.
In a large bowl, sift together the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients with a fork, then pour into the dry ingredients and mix together to form a running batter.
Transfer the mixture evenly into the loaf tin, and bake for 15 minutes or until risen and firm to touch. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
Spoon a generous layer of HOU over the spiced protein loaf.
