HOUTHIE has the consistency of a milkshake, but its vegan, gluten-free, and is packed with protein, fibre, and vitamins, despite being low in calories.
It is a pure guilt-free indulgent shake that satisfies all sweet cravings and keeps you feeling full.
(Makes 2 glasses)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any non-dairy milk
- 4 frozen bananas (Small)
- 4 tablespoons Choc-o-chick HOU
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup or date syrup (adjust according to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- cacao nibs, dried raspberries, and chopped almonds for serving
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour in a cup and enjoy
