Vegan Chocolate Protein Truffles

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • ½ cup (30g) dates syrup
  • 2 scoops (50g) MISSFITS vegan chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ cup (20g) Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoon Choc-o-chick HOU
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 20g almond flour

 

Optional ingredients:

  • Vegan white chocolate
  • Dried raspberries
  • Pretzels

 

METHOD:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl excluding the optional ingredients. Mix using a spoon until it forms a dough texture.

  2. Using a spoon or your hands, form small protein balls and place on a plate to transfer into the freezer for 25 mins.

  3. Once it sets, roll the protein balls in cocoa powder or decorate using white chocolate, dried raspberries, and pretzels.
