What do I eat with your sweet houmous?

Think carbs and also fruit! Let the list begin! Toast, pitta bread, pretzels, crumpets, croissants, porridge, granola, biscuits, crackers, rice cakes, ritz biscuits, apples, pears, strawberries, pineapple, passionfruit, scones, meringues, the possibilities are endless but if you're stuck for options, just use a massive spoon!

 

How do I eat HOU?

Well, are you a dipper or a spreader?

Is HOU bad for you?

No and even more so vs traditional sweet spreads, where we have under half their fat, calories and sugar.

Here's an example for you- The average jam and chocolate spread has over 55g of sugar in 100g and the highest level of sugar in HOU is 13.4g, in our Choc-o-Chick. Say no more.... HOU's healthy!?

I am a vegan, can I eat HOU?

O yes you can! FYI....Our Choc-o-Chick is made with coconut milk :) 

I am gluten free, is HOU ok for me?

You're safe too.

My son has a nut allergy, is HOU suitable?

There are zero nuts in our Choc-o- Chick and Mixed Berry. Banoffee has tahini, so some sesame oil, but this will soon be tahini free. We can't guarantee that cooking equipment used has not been in contact with nuts but we can guarantee that moving forward we will be nut free across all flavours.

Where can I buy your houmous?

We are available in many different stores, small and large, nationwide. Please use our store locator to find a seller near you.

How long does HOU last once opened?

It's best within 48 hours, but we eat it even 5 days later and it tastes just as good!

Can HOU be frozen?

Though it's best fresh, yes it can! 

When I go shopping, where can I find HOU?

It will usually be located amongst other chilled dips, such as houmous. Otherwise, check the yogurt section.
